Our Human Resources Policy
The human resources policy of our company is to establish
a team which learns continously, open to continous developments,
productive and has a high performance with an understanding
that investing on human would be the most lucrative investment.
In addition, within the framework of III-4th article of the Institional Management
Priniciples, which are drawn by SPK (Capital Markets Board), the following
points are the principles which were unanimously adopted by our executive board:
- Providing equal
oppourtunity to the people in equal conditions,
- Informing the
employees about their personal rights, career chances and
company possibilities,
- Ensuring secure
working environment and conditions for the employees,
- No discriminating
among employees and taking precautions for the bad actions
that could be against employees.
The institional executive committee has been continuing on
the operations to assign a representative for managing the
relations with the employees.
Any complaint especially about discrimination has not been
taken from the employees.
