Abdullah Turalı was born in Kırklareli in 1956, after graduation from Istanbul Vefa High School he was graduated from the Economy Faculty of Istanbul University. He worked in Istanbul Branch of the Labour Placement Office of Ministry of Labour. He completed his military duty in between 1983 and 1984 years, later on he started his commercial life for trading of carpet and bridal outfits. Since 1994 he was assumed as a manager in different units of İhlas Holding Js.Co. Turalı has been working as General Manager of İhlas Marketing, married and has 3 children, knows English.

Besides he is the member of Executive Board of İhlas Holding Js.Co., Chairman of the Executive Board of İhlas Marketing and Chairman of the Executive Board of İhlas Tarsan Tartı ve Ölçü Alt. Elk. Cih. İml. San. Tic. A.Ş. (İhlas Tarsan Scale and Measurement Devices and Electronical Device Production Industry and Trade Js.Co.)

Sedat Kurucan

Kurucan was born in Ordu in 1960, graduated from primary school in Ordu, graduated from Mustafakemalpaşa Elementary School in Bursa, graduated from Atatürk Öğretmen (Teacher) High School in Çanakkale-Gökçeada. He was graduated from Machine Faculty of Istanbul University as a Machine Engineering in 1982. He gained his bacheleor degree from Eskişehir Osman Gazi University by working on Gas Turbines. He worked in Air Forces Command, Eskişehir Airplane Engine Maintenance Factory for six years. He worked in Eskişehir TUSAŞ F16 Engine Factory in the department of Contract and Quality Management by holding USA Ministry of Defence for 11 years and retired in 1999. Since 1999, he worked as a manager for up-level duties in the companies of İhlas Holding, which were İhlas Marketing, İhlas Household Appliences, İhlas Tarsan and Bisan Companies. He is married, has two children, knows English very well, and French in basic level.

Besides, he is the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board and General Manager of İhlas Tarsan Tartı ve Ölçü Alt. Elk. Cih. İml. San. Tic. A.Ş. (İhlas Tarsan Scale and Measurement Devices and Electronical Device Production Industry and Trade Js.Co.)

Mehmet Küsmez

Member of the Executive Board

Küsmez was born in Karabük in 1970 and graduated from primary, elementary in Karabük and he was graduated from Karabük Demir Çelik High School. He started to work in Sirkeci Sales and Distribution Department in Türkiye Newspaper. Since 1990, he has been working in İhlas Household Appliances and conducted medium and up level directorship in Accounting, Finance and Planning Departments. Since 2001, he has been working in Executive Board and again since 2004 he has been serving as a Member of the Executive Board and Managing Director Responsible for Financial Transactions. Küsmez was graduated from Accounting and Finance Section of Economy Faculty of Anatolian University, married and has one child.

Besides he is the member of the Executive Board of İhlas Tarsan Tartı ve Ölçü Alt. Elk. Cih. İml. San. Tic. A.Ş. (İhlas Tarsan Scale and Measurement Devices and Electronical Device Production Industry and Trade Js.Co.)

Yasin Yılmaz

Yılmaz was born in Van Erciş in 1970 and graduated from primary, elementary and high schools in Erciş. After graduation from Tobacco Expertise Section of Yüzüncüyıl University, he was graduated from Economy section of Economy Faculty of Anatolian University and just after gained financial advisor certificate. He has been serving in Boğaziçi Certified Public Accountancy Js.Co. He has been continuing his duty as a Manager of Financial Transaction of Kiler Alışveriş Hizmetleri Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş. (Kiler Shopping Services Nourishment Industry and Trade Js.Co.)

Mehmet Şeref Kardeş

Member of the Executive Board – Independence Member
Chairman of the Institutional Management Committee
He was elected for 3 years on 10.05.2004.

He was born in Bursa İnegöl in 1974. He graduated from primary, elementary and high schools in Bursa. He was graduated from, Employing Economy and Industrial Relations Section of Social Sciences Institute of Dokuz Eylül University in 1993. He has working on bachelor degree for Human Resources and Leadership subject in Main Art of Employing Economy and Industrial Relation in Social Sciences Institute of Uludağ University. He conducted his military duty in 2001. He worked for one year Ülker Group Financial Director of European Side in 2002. He served as a Chairman of the Executive Board in Denge Danışmanlık (Denge Advisory Office) in 2004. He has been serving as a Chairman of the Executive Board and General Manager in Ekol Kalite Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon A.Ş. (Ekol Quality Advisory and Organization Js.Co.) right now. Kardeş is married and has two children.

When the decision for increasing of the capital is taken, it will be proclaimed.
